Overview
After witnessing a brutal crime, things are finally starting to look up for 17 year old high school dropout Chelsea. She's fallen madly in love with Jeff, an older and accomplished man who is promising to give her the life she can only dream of; there's only one hitch...he's still married! To make matters worse, Chelsea finds out she is pregnant and Jeff wants nothing to do with the baby.

"Pregnant at 17" was written by Christine Conradt, which is usually a good sign. Though Conradt's scripts often descend into barely believable melodrama, at least she occasionally gives her characters some complexity and dimension, and her recent directorial debut with the Lifetime movie "The Bride He Met Online," despite its formulaic and stupid title, was quite engaging.

Film Review: Pregnant At 17 (dir by Curtis Crawford ...Pregnant at 17 is a lot of fun, just the way it is. This film epitomizes everything that we love about Lifetime movies. It’s so over the top that watching it is a pure delight. Both Josie Bissett and Zoe De Grande Maison also deserve a lot of credit for fully committing to their roles.
