Overview
International master thief, Simon Templar, also known as The Saint, is asked by a desperate rich man to find his kidnapped daughter. However, in addition to evading the authorities, Simon must face a dangerous adversary from his past.

Amazon.com: Watch The Saint | Prime VideoThere's a decent action scene at the start of the movie but it quickly plunges into a cheesy love story. Boy oh boy does this movie look and feel older than it is. The acting is a huge disappointment considering the lead actors. Considering this movie, it's not hard to see why Kilmer faded away. I never read the source material.
The Saint (1997)The Saint struggles early but recovers in the mid to late section of the film. I've heard there was a first cut that took a few more risks and I hope they offer this version at some point.
